Part 2 in our National Nutrition Month Series - I love the ability to use something as powerful as the media to get people excited about healthy foods and making small changes for the better. If someone tells me they simply changed how they view nutritious foods-from boring to delicious-or made even 1 small change based on a media segment I did, it makes my day!
We are going to end National Nutrition Month in full celebration mode. We are fortunate in Nashville to have wonderful dietitians and nutritionists dedicated to making our food, fitness and community healthier. We took a little time to speak with four of them so we could give you the scoop!
